Zishy

These were a few unpublished shots from April Grantham's last visit to Los Angeles. At this point, she has a tenth degree black belt in Zishy. We grabbed some lunch at Urbane Cafe, which is a good place to eat in Agoura Hills. Not too pricey and puts up a decent front for being healthy. Since these were photos taken, I have drastically cut back my intake of bread and sugar. No, I am not trying to make my ass smaller. Just became convinced that the stuff is as wholesome as sawdust. A few weeks in, I have lost most of my carb cravings. But would I refuse a sandwich if someone like April kindly offered? Probably not. We all have our weaknesses.
